TrackWise Configuration with L1, L2 tickets
We need a resource with TrackWise configuration experience.
- TrackWise admin to support L1, L2 tickets
- Basic PC and system troubleshooting skills
- Ability to learn an enterprise computer system quickly (focus on TrackWise)
- Able to assess service tickets to determine if they are Tier- 1 and they resolve or if they should be moved to senior Stryker team
- Follow documented process and instructions
- Excellent customer service skills as they may need to interact with users
- Knowledge of validated and regulatory systems is a plus
