BHAVNA JUNEJA - Vice President

Bhavna is an IT Thought Leader with expertise in Strategy, Capabilities Improvement and Organizational Alignment, Technology Assessment, Risk Assessment and Best Practices. She has 17+ years of background in the IT Industry focusing on Manufacturing, Life Science, CPG and Hi-tech. Bhavna has built several partnerships with Universities world-wide creating a roadmap for upcoming talent in the field of Life Science.

SUNANDA MITRA - COO

Sunanda has 22 years of experience in Project Management, Practice Building & Knowledge Management. A specialist in lean-enterprise design and lean manufacturing based on “Value-stream mapping” and “Theory of Constraints” methods for industries. Sunanda has deep experience in “Business Process Re-engineering” using “Systematic Redesigning” methodology and Product Development using “Concurrent Engineering” techniques to drastically reduce “Design-to-market” time.
